这是6章的课后题，课件和教材里没有专门针对这个问题的内容，但是和理解相关内容有联系。

本题问，按地域而不是按市场或部门组织的“参与团队”最有可能专注于：A.社会问题。B.治理问题。C.环境问题。


Engagement teams 就是专门负责股东参与的团队，

对于环境问题，它具有普遍性，例如美国和中国的环境问题不会有多大差异，也就不会按地域去组织这样的team

对于社会问题，也是一样，比如劳工问题、工作环境、社区影响等，这些也不具有很大地域差异，相反与市场和部门有很大关系，有些行业就会有比较大的劳工问题隐患。

那对于治理问题，地域差异性就比较大，各个国家会具有较明显的治理传统，文化差异等，所以针对这类问题会主要按地域分类组织团队，比如处理美国治理问题的团队可能并不十分清楚中国的治理背景，法律条款等。
