servicer从抵押资产池中收集贷款的本金和利息流入，把这些现金流分给债券持有人。



arranger是就是Underwriter，就是承销商投行，他们负责汇总贷款，涉及资产证券化产品，并且推销资产证券化产品、为产品做市。
