不规律现金流的问题不太明白答案中的算法

根据上表所示，首先计算每笔存款的FV，但是需使用semiannual rate 2%，然后将FV相加求和。

（1）答案中 4000*1.02^6=4504.65 这种式子是依据这个公式吗： FV=PV（1+r/m）^mn

如果是的话，那m和n各应该是多少，（知道m、n代表的含义但是在题目里不知道应该怎么判断为几）这个地方有点混淆···

如果不是的话，那依据的公式什么？


（2）想问这种不规律现金流的题目中，比如一样类型的（R1，19）那道题，答案里每一行（年）都是直接用PV*（1+r）^n=FV 来求的，请问我是否可以理解为：凡是不规律现金流的题目，都可以用这个公式来求PV或FV？


（3）不规律现金流题目中，可不可以用计算器第三行来求每年的PV或FV，看大家的问答里很少有人这样做，是不推荐吗

回复问题1：

“FV=PV（1+r/m）^mn” 这个公式中，m是一年之内的计息频率，本题的m=2（semiannually）；n是年数，相当于一年计息2次，n年就一共计息2×n次；

以第一年的4,000为例，到第四年末要计息3年，所以此时n=3，mn=2×3=6；相当于每半年的利率是4%/2=2%，一共计息了6个“半年”，就是4000×1.02^6

回复问题2&3：

当没有PMT的时候，用本题的公式来求PV/FV比较简单。

也可以用计算器第三行按，比如4000×1.02^6这个公式就相当于PV=4,000，N=6，I/Y=2，PMT=0，CPT FV= - 4504.65。

这两种方法是一样的，哪种熟练就可以用哪种。
