同学你好，不同的金融行业从业人员都有可能面对重大内幕消息，处理的方式也是不一样的。
对于分析师来说，如果得知了内幕消息，要将股票放在restricted list里面，只发布事实消息，不能发布观点性消息。
对于做市商来说，如果得知了内幕消息，只能作为交易对手被动接受交易单，不能主动进行交易。
对于证券自营业务来说，如果得知了内幕消息，最好是停止交易，但是如果需要进行风险对冲，那么要做好详细得备案后才能交易。
所以不同的情况下，对交易的限制也不一样，我们这个题目里面的主体是分析师，所以按照第一种方式才不违反。
