只知道B和C肯定不是选项，才选的A，所以就不知道我理解的对不对。
理解是对的。区分actual GDP和potential GDP。
per capita GDP可以理解为人均potential GDP。
减税对长期潜在GDP，以及长期潜在人均GDP没有影响，减税对经济来说是短期影响（影响到Actual GDP）。
