不是啊。case原文说的是他偷听到了Omega分析师down grade a firm in the same industry，并没有直接给T公司降级。

对这里我没看自己，你说的没错，原文描述的是donwgrade a firm，并不是特指T公司

所以我认为这个信息针对交易T公司股票这件事虽然算是non public但不算material。就好像标普给浙商银行降级了那关我渤海银行什么事呢？ 而且，“immediately”这个词引起了我的注意，因为之前遇到别的题目讲过一旦有这个词，很可能是因为缺乏reasonable basis的。

这是因为，这是他的个人交易（Personal Trade），并不是给客户做的交易，所以即便没有仔细、审慎也没所谓。答案里有解释

因为给T公司降级，大概率说明T公司的股价必然会下降，所以他去short T公司这件事，是有依据的；无论是行业不行，还是公司不行，是要T公司的评级被下调，他的股价必然受到影响。
