虽然问题本身没有提及revaluation model，但是题目问的是以下的用fair value对investment property进行估值的说法中哪个是正确的？

A选项说fair value相对于历史成本的变化部分直接计入I/S表中，和讲义表述一致，是正确的

B选项说的是：fair value model和revaluation model是不一样的，和讲义的内容一致（本页讲义属于investment property这一章节内容），是正确的

而C选项说fair value相对于历史成本的变化部分直接计入OCI，那就和讲义内容相违背了，所以C错，选C

    太具有迷惑性了这题。。。本来看fair value肯定知道gain/loss都进I/S结果里面写了revaluation...直接把思绪拉回gain应该进OCI。。。
