这个题的算法是对的,这里10m的发生可能性是3%,3m的发生可能性是7%,因此需要先计算出在5%的条件下的条件期望,分别是3%/5%=0.6,

(1-3%)/5%=0.4,然后再取平均即可,即ES=10*0.6+3*0.4=7.2.

讲义上的情况是在损失等可能发生的条件下写的,因此不算矛盾
