total property and equipment 6700是由land 700和 Plant&equipment 6000两个项目相加得到的
累积折旧1850其实只是针对 Plant&equipment 6000才会有的，因为land是不做折旧处理的
但是用 total property and equipment 6700减去累积折旧1850，才能得到net property &equipment 4850
