1、P237为什么exchange traded的transaction cost和transparent fee会更高？另外transparent fee是指什么呢？

此处说的是"more transparent fees and transaction costs"此处的形容词是more transparent（更加透明），所以这里的意思是：更加透明的fee and transaction costs->所以交易成本低。

2、请问下P254 中间“Funded by cash，……， combination any of these”，以及P199的gratuitous……smaller estates是什么意思呢？谢谢

P254这里想说：通过处理过度集中资产所拿到的钱；然后下面的两段解释了这些钱可以拿去买index做分散化投资等。

P199这里想说：对于小额财产，财产赠与税也会有免税额度。
