技术分析就是需要建立在市场上价量关系已经完全表现市场所有信息，所以b项说的是局限性，不入选。

a选项，技术分析的种种技术就是去分析，某个股票的走势是什么样，根据图像操作，并不要求分析是哪只股票。a项说的并不是技术分析的局限性所以入选。
