讲义第7章关于打分卡的小问题

讲义137页，请教两个小问题，

  1. FICO score下，the bank cannot make interest through credit card issued to the customer.
  2. 本页最后一行，estimate the likelihood that existing customers willl dose their accounts

这两处分别是什么意思，尤其是第2点。。。看不明白。。。请给解释下，谢谢

1、就是高FICO的顾客信用质量比较高，银行从他们身上赚不到太多钱

2、attrition score：就是估计现存的信贷客户会停止信贷业务的概率。咱们基础班讲义的dose their accounts我觉得可能是close，我觉得应该是打错了，我没搜到dose accounts这种表达…
