equity method中有提到net identifibale asset，但是我不太记得这个资产的定义了，请问这个科目包括哪些项目呢？
以NO.PZ2018111303000026为例，题干说超过FV of net asset的部分算unrecorded license, 它肯定是intangible asset，但它是不是net identifibale asset呢？

同学你好，Net asset和net identifiable asset差的就是goodwill，比如给了报表，上面有一个goodwill，那么把goodwill刨掉，算出来的net asset就是net identifiable asset。你说的那道题，超unrecorded license是identifiable asset，identifiable asset包含固定资产、无形资产，就是不包括goodwill。

谢谢老师。Net asset和net identifiable asset差的就是GW, identifiable asset包含固定资产、无形资产，就是不包括goodwill。那么net identifiable asset和identifiable asset是同一个东西吗？如果不是，两者的差别是什么呢？
