想确认一下题中的这句话有违反gips 吗

“WCM has prepared this report in compliance with the Global investment performance standards."

何老师的视频针对了后面的那一句 us large cap 说了那一句违反，这个第一句有没有问题？我的理解是wcm 只能声称他们公司是gips 的，不能说这个report 是gips 的，还是说这个说法没有问题。

同学你好，这句话也是不规范的，还是按照最规范的来记忆。“[Insert name of firm] claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) and has prepared and presented this report in compliance with the GIPS standards.
