这是Murdock想取得财务信息的一种说辞。
不管面对什么样的说辞，都应该遵守preservation of confidentiality.
为何不能选C？是因为只是notify并不是征求trustee同意吗？另外本case中cfa的客户到底是trustee还是穿透到fun捐赠人？
