看到这个答案的risk objective（1. min prob falls below 100% 2. min pv of expected cash controbution）和知识框架图上有一点出入，答题的时候是否要区分risk objectives和investment objectives？
investment objective：1. achieve long-term target rate of return over a specified investment horizon with an appropriate level of risk to meet its contractual liabilities 2. min the pv of expected cash contribution.

同学你好：
对于这些机构投资者，一般都有两个目标，我们就拿Pension来说，它的两个目标中，第一个是investment objective，第二个就是risk objective，具体见下:
The primary objective for DB pension plans: achieve a long-term target return (usually in nominal) over a specified investment horizon with an appropriate level of risk that allows the plan to meet its contractual liabilities.
（这个是investment objective）
Secondary objective: minimize the PV of expected cash contributions. （这个是risk objective）
所以同学答题的时候，还是要看清楚问的是什么，比如这道题，问的就是risk objective，那也就是我们的second objective，同学只要打出来，minimize shortfall risk 和 minimize PV of contribution就可以了。
大多数题目还是只会让写Investment objectives的，我们只要把上面这一段写出来，然后再根据具体内容稍微改一下就好了。
