举个例子：我找A同学帮我介绍卖书的人，然后我找这个卖书的人买了一本书，给了他10块钱，在这笔交易里，交易对手方是我和卖书的人。

在投资交易中，真正持有资产的是资产所有者（owner），manager只是帮助owner管理资产，投资到某个具体的投资标的上，例如A公司，那么在这个投资交易中，交易对手方就是owner和A公司，manager不是交易对手方。
