可以理解为是营收或利润的增长率
如果是 low growth prospects，可以认为是 less profitable investment opportunities
能盈利的投资机会比较少，所以与其把钱放到公司里用于发展，不如回馈给股东
所以此时，分红比率会增加，符合题意，选 C

反过来，如果是 high growth prospects，可以认为是 many profitable investment opportunities
此时，对资金利用效率更高的方式则是放到留存收益，投资到这些盈利的项目中
