因为debt to equity 是有它具体意义的，即solvency ratio，


D/E，B公司 = 3900/5220 = 0.747；A公司 = 4200/4310 = 0.9744，B公司更低，说明B公司debt相对于equity更低，资本充足率更高，所以B公司长期偿债能力更强，B公司更优质


DEBT TO ASSETS，其实从意义上来讲是可以的，但是因为没有形成约定俗成的习惯，所以不行哦。
