即cf0=4000, cf1=8000, cf2=7000, cf3=10000, I=EAR=4.04%,求NPV后,再NPV*(1+4.04%)4次方,求FV?

同学你好,

这个列式是错误的,CF0是前期投入的资金,本题的CF0应该为0。

正确的NPV列式如下:

STEP1:

EAR=4.04%,即I=4.04

CF0=0; CF1=4000; CF2=8000; CF3=7000; CF4=10000; I=4.04; CPT NPV=25986.1419

STEP2:

PV=-25986.1419; PMT=0; N=4; I/Y=4.04; CPT FV= 30446.9 (这一步就是NPV*(1+4.04%)的4次方,直接算更快

但从考试的角度,不应该去使用NPV算法。题目要得到的是FV,去算(N)PV比较绕且容易出错。

这种题目最快捷、也是考试需要使用的方法即为如答案解析那样算出四个FV然后加和。
