老师您好,这道题我过程都懂的,但有个点,就是EEA 取值的时候,按照解题思路给的是
PV = -40,933 , N=4 , I/Y=12 , FV=0 CPT→PMTA = 13,476.56
但我自己算的时候,用FV = 40,933 , N=4 , I/Y=12 , PV=0 CPT→PMTA = -8564.59, 分别计算后,我也得出了 PMT b 大于 PMT a 这个结果。
最后选项是选对了,我就想确认下,这种方法只是我碰巧做对了,还是两种都可以, 谢谢!
