同学你好,

这道题涉及不规则现金流,所以没法用年金的办法求(年金为规则现金流)。

比较容易理解的直接方法就是逐一求出四笔现金流的终值后加和。

另外学习了公司金融后,也可以用NPV的方法来先求出四笔不规则现金流的现值,再统一求一个终值。但这种方法并不直接。可以根据个人喜好决定用哪种方式。

STEP1:

EAR=4.04%,即I=4.04

CF0=0; CF1=4000; CF2=8000; CF3=7000; CF4=10000; I=4.04; CPT NPV=25986.1419

STEP2:

PV=-25986.1419; PMT=0; N=4; I/Y=4.04; CPT FV= 30446.9
