题目中说GNSK’s long-term dividend growth rate will be equal to the current level of implied growth rate for the industry.公司长期增长率等于行业整体current的隐含增长率，GNSK公司长期增长率等于行业current的隐含增长率，所以解题要用行业implied growth rate 的公式解答，而implied growth rate，是当P=V时用GGM反求出来的。所以不能用ROE*b
