同学你好，题目中的已知条件是：similar companies in the banking sector，行业相同的可比公司；题目的问题是：从估值上看，哪个企业的价值最有可能被低估。

市盈率和市净率是最常用的估值比较方法，相同行业的可比公司，市盈率市净率大的，估值高；市盈率市净率低的估值低。判断估值高低不需要假设盈利相同，因为本来PE、PB就是一个比例。估值高也并不代表企业盈利好，因为有的公司的股价有可能被“炒”的很高。这道题目问谁被低估，就是选市盈率、市净率最小的。并没有问哪个公司好，哪个公司不好。

你提到的“每个公司自己的价格和自己的价值相比”，其中的价值往往就是用公司的盈利、净资产、销售额等代替，也就是能够得到P/E、P/B和P/S等估值指标。

题目应该不会出一个比率高，一个比率低这样的。
