他这里是这样,道德准则不是要求Member and candidates成为铁面无私的人,准则的本质是即能让Member and candidates规避一些不好的事情、从而保护自己,又能让Member and candidates以比较高的道德标准做事。

所以咱们道德准则里,没有出现直接拒绝的情况。现实工作中碰到冲突,就直接拒绝肯定也不符合实际情况。所以,协会的准则是碰到冲突时,一般的解决方法都是逐步升级,最后实在解决不了,才会出现拒绝,比如,一个团队写报告,自己认为报告的逻辑与方法不对,那可以拒绝把自己的名字写在报告上。

像这道题的情况,只要做到披露即可,只要披露,使用报告的人就知道存在这样的关系,报告的使用者就会对报告的客观性有个认识,同时自己在写报告时也保持独立客观性,不能因为特殊的关系影响到报告的结论。

如果说上司要求他多写点好话,那肯定不行,出现这种冲突,他可以把公司拉到限制性清单里,只陈述事实不写观点,并且披露两家公司的关系。
