A选项错在它说的是优先股必须是附带权利的（不是callable就是putable），优先股也可以不附带权利即普通的优先股。说的太绝对了。所以答案说Preferred stocks do not have to be either callable or putable.不一定非要是callable或putable。

我理解选但是对C还是有点疑问。 Prefferrestocks not share the company's business performance. Equity的收入主要有CG和vin成，虽然preferrestock的vin固定的，但是如果公司的business performance好，preferrestocks的股价也会上涨，CG会更高，这不是也share了公司的business performance吗？
请问C为什么不对，优先股不是可以额外分红的吗
