请问一下c是不是不全面，tading cost讲义中说主要分为两个：1.commission fee和bid ask spread；2.discount和premium吗？

这个讲的是closing price，和trading cost不是一回事

premium/discount影响的是closing price和NAV的关系，和trading cost不是一件事，可以复习一下讲义42页对应的内容和视频
