这里确实没有推导，在MM无税理论下：随着杠杆上升，re上升的部分正好被较低的rd所抵消了，因此维持WACC不变。这是原版书的对于该图形的解释：

What Proposition II then means is that the cost of equity increases in such a manner as to exactly offset the increased use of cheaper debt in order to maintain a constant WACC.
