为什么不选B？NPV中不考虑沉默成本，但是为什么不考虑financing cost呢？不是说financing cost和Internet cost要记在WA中吗？
老师这题和讲义上的ignore好晕，有助教回复是“作为成本项，inclu，就要从CF中subtract，ignore就是不subtract。这道题问在做NPV或IRR项目时，哪个应该从现金流中剔除，沉没成本和融资成本都不需要剔除，因此选C”。那讲义上的ignore到底指的是ignore什么呢？
