请问如果用计算器计算的话(先用先付年金模式计算出pv18也就是fv18是183650,然后再用后付模式得出真正的pv=64340.8466)是不是不用考虑是第17年还是18年呢?因为感觉这个第17年还是18年常常会搞混。

17时间点为后付年金的0时间点,18时间点为后付年金的1时间点..以此类推)

第一步算年金的折现是折到17时间点


PV17=A/r=50000/6%=833333.3333


然后再折现到0点算PV?有点不太明白

同学你好,

这道题的时间点问题建议这么理解:题目里描述的 the first payment due as a lump sum in 18 years,指得就是在第18年,也就是时间轴18这个时间点上要付第一笔钱 5w,然后连续付4年。也就相当于就是在18,19,20,21这四个时间点付钱。根据这个计算就行,理解成后付年金比较好理解一些(17时间点为后付年金的0时间点,18时间点为后付年金的1时间点..以此类推)。所以第一步算年金的折现是折到17时间点。

年金的题目还是建议统一的去理解,这样遇到别的题目思路可以直接套用,而特殊的理解方式可能只适用于某几道题。加油。
