community property right和joint ownership with right of survivorship 有区别。

joint ownership 是与 sole ownership相对的。原版书上是这样写的：assets held in joint ownership with right of survivorship automatically transfer to the surviving joint owner or owners, as the case may be, outside the probate process。不是继承二分之一，而是把夫妻一方死后，自己那部分直接转移给了活着的一方。所以活着的一方有了全部所有权。

community property right：原版书上是这样写的： each spouse has an indivisible one-half interest in income earned during marriage. 这才是婚姻期间共有财产一分为二，活着的一方只有一半的所有权。

forced heirship 是指配偶和子女的强制继承权，这个是要交税才能继承的。 理解正确。

考试中会明确怎么征税的，现在不用纠结。因为美国每个州采用的法律体系不用，比如对待房产，有些州是community property按份共有，有些州是joint ownership联合共有。具体碰到了看题目怎么说。
