假设我们现在算作信用事件。CDS index里面每家公司都是等权重的，当某家公司发生信用事件之后，该公司就按照比例从index中去除， index的名义本金也按照比例下降。现在这个index中包含100家公司，那每家公司占比都是1/100，index名义本金为400million，如果M重组，保险公司要进行赔付，赔付完之后就要M公司从index中去除。剩下的本金为400-400*(1/100)=396million.
