NPV不考虑初始投资。假设两个互斥的项目A和B。A的初始投资1000万，NPV500万。B的初始投资1亿，NPV501万。那么从NPV的角度选择NPV更高的那个就选择B，但是考虑到两者的初始投资，明显A更好。
