这道题是这样子，有家科技公司IPO，然后Blacke的基金公司给Locke的账户分配了这家科技公司的IPO，后来又卖掉了。
原因是Black家的基金公司IPO分配的算法出了错，给Locke的账户分配错了，本来Locke的账户不该有这家IPO公司的Share。
因为Black家自己操作错了，为Locke的账户买了这支股票，占用了Locke的一笔资金，卖掉股票之后，应该还要偿还这笔占用资金的利息。
这就是把占用的利息Credited to Locke的账户，为Locke的账户偿还一笔利息。
这么做是应该的，完全没有问题，并且这笔利息应该由基金公司出。
注意题干中Trade Allocation部分：
Black是这么说的：It also says that interest will be credited to accounts that have been incorrectly allocated shares and debited from those accounts that should have received shares.”
其中前半句：It also says that interest will be credited to accounts that have been incorrectly allocated shares，这句没有问题，就是为错买股票的账户记一笔利息。
但是后半句错了：debited from those accounts that should have received shares。这句话是说支付的利息，由那些本该收到这笔IPO股票、但前期没分配到该IPO股票，最后又收到IPO股票的账户支付。
Black的意思可能是：本来IPO的股票应该是他们这些 should have received 账户的，但是分配错了给了Locke的账户，前期是利用了Locke账户的资金购买了IPO股票，后期又把这些股票重新卖给了这些账户，所以利息应该由这些账户偿付。
这点是错误的，虽然那些账户最终收到了IPO的股票，但是分配错误是Black基金公司的失误，利息由Black基金公司出。
