老師說把相信的放在alternative，把等於的放在null. 那the mean is 46435 不是有衝突嗎？

同学你好，首先要记住等于号一定是在原假设的，用中文来理解就会比较绕。一般来说they come to a conclusion that the mean is 46435这样的表述不常见，对于双尾检验，更多的描述是they want to test whether the mean is 46435。只要记住，等于号一定是在原假设就可以了。
