抱歉老师,我还是没有明白,既然这个“房地产资产中的股权价值”是非流动资产,那为啥答案还要说“the value of Sili's financial assets will continue to grow significantly during the stated time period in order for investible net worth to reach USD20 million”这个意思不就是把房产的增值算到了investible net worth 中吗?

原答案里并没有吧RE放进 investable net worth。 A secondary assumption 是一个次要假设,她的房地产资产中的股权价值大幅增加。与之前的两个假设无关
