定义上说SB 是allow issuer to offer more broadly defined bond that still create a +ve social or env. impact。
SLB 是provide financing to issuer who commit to specific improvement in sustainability outcomes。
如何理解两者的区分？感觉两者都是目的导向，只是SB比SLB的定义更宽泛？
