1、杠杆是由于企业支出固定成本而产生的，
企业买机器设备等用作经营会产生经营杠杆，
企业举债会产生财务杠杆
2、revaluation model下，如果资产出现carrying value的下降，需要计入NI，资产carrying value的上升计入OCI。
也就是说asset上升，但是NI不变
3、那么回到题目A选项net profit margin =NI/sales，不影响
B选项正确
C选项 total asset turnover =sales/total asset 资产上升所以是lower，错误。
