这道课后题问的是：the decision to overweight or underweight which of the following regions contributed positively to performance at the overall fund level?
以现在的配置，哪一个地区可以产生正的allocation effect。
①asian表现的更差，并且少配了，所以产生正的allocation effect，当选。
②north America表现的更差，但是目前是overweight，所以产生的allocation effect是负的。
③great Europe表现更好，但是却少配了，所以产生的allocation effect也是负的。
