这个报表是我们站在owner的角度来看的,owner先交了各种费用,之后再找tanants报销的就是expenses reimbursement revenue。A物业没有expenses reimbursement revenue,说明出租人也就是owner要承担所有的运营费用,所以它的tanants是不承担operatingrisk。

选项后面是有operating expense risk的承担主体的,所以这道题问的是哪个租户承担了operating risk,所以B的租户需要承担。同学的理解是对的,A物业没有expenses reimbursement revenue,说明出租人也就是owner要承担所有的运营费用,所以它的tanants是不承担operatingrisk,只有B的tenants需要承担。
