如果用销售额来衡量,虽然也可以是一种表现指标。但是各家卖产品的价格差异大,并不能直接的衡量“食物浪费”的情况。有可能浪费量大,但同时售价高,就掩盖了浪费情况严重这个问题。

所以根据盈利能力不能判断
