1）这里算ratio的ca中不包含 预付么？

题目本身只考查 most conservative liquidity ratio，所以对应的是 cash ratio

其只包括 cash 和 marketable securities，所以肯定不包含 prepaid expenses

老师又拓展计算了 quick ratio 和 current ratio

quick ratio 的分子，只是在 cash ratio 分子的基础上，增加了 accounts receivable，所以肯定也不包含 prepaid expenses

而 current ratio，分子是 current assets

prepaid expenses 属于 current assets，所以计算 current ratio 时，分子肯定要包含 prepaid expenses

2）但是计算net wc的时候分子就包含预付，这个如何解释呢

首先，计算 net working capital 时，基础是 current asset 减去 current liabilities

并不涉及分子分母，是减法，不是除法

讲义的形式，是参考原版书的形式

可能会让学员有误解，但原理是减法哈

其次，之所以叫 net working capital 而不是传统的 total working capital

是在后者的基础上，又分别对被减数和减数做了精简，剔除了和投资行为、融资行为相关的科目，只保留了和经营行为相关的科目

被减数 current asset，剔除了投资行为相关的科目（cash 和 marketable securities）

减数 current liabilities，剔除了融资行为相关的科目（short-term debt）

prepaid expenses 和经营行为相关，所以在被减数里是保留的科目
