我在实际工作中遇到了和ESG有关的问题，这是一个加盟合同的条款，但是怎么评估此条款涉及到的碳税是否合理，一般情况下以什么为参照标准？
条款原文如下：
3.7.1 You will pay when due all Taxes, provided you use proper procedures under Legal Requirements to engage in a bona fide dispute over any Taxes. Additionally, you shall reimburse us for any costs or fees we incur relating to the carbon emissions from your Facility. We may require you to prepay these estimated fees quarterly in advance in order for us to remit payment to the applicable governmental authority. You will also provide us with such assistance as we deem reasonably necessary in order for us or our Affiliates to comply with any obligations placed upon us by any applicable carbon reduction scheme.
