The cost of capital 是融资成本，不是企业的运营成本。如果企业的风险降低，它的融资成本会降低。如果风险升高，相应的融资成本也会升高。

如今TTN提供了同工同酬，保护了合同工的健康和安全，降低了企业的ESG风险，所以它的融资成本（The cost of capital）会相对降低，而不是升高。
