同学你好，不会有你说的这种方法来计算goodwill的哦，建议同学最好回去重新再仔细看下你说的那道题到底是在求什么
你这里的（275-230）是怎么思考的？为什么只考虑固定资产的fair value价值增值，不考虑land的fair value价值增值？如果你考虑了land的15的价值增值，那你的计算方法就会和题目解析的答案完全一致了哦
助教记得之前有一道题目是把net identifiable asset fair value又拆成了book value和fair value的增值两个部分，但是首先题目肯定考虑全部的资产增值，不会省去land,其次那道题的中文解析也特意强调了题目那样拆开是没有必要的，完全可以直接一步计算GW即可
本题就是equity method下求goodwill,请看以下讲义截图红色部分，两种计算方法其实红色框部分都已经显示出来了
