我有个问题一直没搞明白。如果我算EAR的话就是(1+0.03/12)的12x5次方.这个公式是算的什么？我总是不知道一道题什么时候算EAR 什么时候又可以直接按计算器

同学你好，

“(1+0.03/12)的12x5次方”相当于：

1）以EAR计算 ：（1+EAR）^5

2）以月利率计算：（1+月利率）^60


公式和计算器是完全一致的，使用公式和使用计算器均可。

必须使用实际年利率的时候就用EAR，否则用实际期间利率即可。本题可直接用上述的第二种方式即实际的月利率来计算。

Therefore, the monthly posit for Bella is $1547.题干中是state就是名义对吧，名义年利率，为啥不用算EAR再除以12呢？题干表述的是不是不严谨。如果用3%/12直接算，那3%就不能被称作是名义了吧？

如果EAR算出3.0416%,代入N=5，I/Y=3 .0416，PV=0，FV=100000，算出年PMT=18819.8，再除以12就是1568，请问哪里不对？
