题目并没有说长期AS曲线，会收到短期AD的影响。

我们看题干描述：

由于重大的经济变化，长期充分就业均衡的经济将因总需求的增加而受到影响。以下关于短期影响的陈述中哪一项是正确的？

这里是说，短期经济原来运行在长期充分就业水平，由于需求变化，短期经济开始偏离长期充分就业水平，问短期会如何偏离。

注意，需求增加，使短期经济偏离了长期充分就业水平，并不是说长期充分就业水平本身出现变动。长期充分就业水平，长期AS曲线，并没有变化。
