Representativeness 是重视 new information, 轻视 base information, 结果是采纳观点或预测时，几乎完全基于新信息
"Adopt a view or a forecast based almost exclusively on new information or a small sample."

如果投资委员会主席有 Representativeness 的话，应该支持买入的决定，因为 new information 对公司是利好 "given LTop’s new product introductions and an improved earnings outlook"
而且题干背景，还专门强调了，投资委员会主席，完全不顾 new information "regardless of the improved outlook"
