Practice Exam 第57题,以及 Pre-study Practice exam 2022 第5题 都是问MBS债券，当前一个月的prepayment.
GARP 协会给的答案，都是在得到SMM之后，prepayment = SMM *principal outstanding at the beginning of the month
类似的题目， 在经典题 Section 5 题 1.4， 1.7； 何老师都是认为 prepayment = SMM * (principal outstanding at the beginning of the month - scheduled principal payment for month m)
为什么何老师的公式 和GAPR协会的解答是不同的？

同学你好，我去翻了一下原版书，原版书的说法是这个月后剩下的本金是principal outstanding at the beginning of the month*（1-SMM）
这样的话，我理解的prepayment应该是比计划多付的钱，所以本月原本应该付scheduled principal payment， 合计付了SMM*principal outstanding at the beginning of the month， 那么预付的钱就是SMM*principal outstanding at the beginning of the month 减去scheduled principal payment。
所以何老师那个公式应该不加括号，而原版书的PE计算的应该是当月全部的本金payment。

那么这样说的话，何老师做的不对。GAAP practice exam 上面的解答也不对？
